In a moment of great pride and collaboration, the UAE-India Business Council UAE Chapter (UIBC-UC) had the privilege of meeting His Excellency Sheikh NahayanMabarak Al Nahayan, Cabinet Member and Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence of the UAE. Mr. Faizal Kottikollon, Chairman of UIBC-UC, and Mr. Kshitij Korde, Head of Corporate Affairs, expressed their deep appreciation for H.E. Sheikh Nahayan’s visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to fostering global harmony.
During the distinguished meeting, Mr. Kottikollon had the honour of presenting “Opening New Gateways – Tourism Opportunities India & the UAE”, a thoughtfully curated coffee table book developed by the UIBC-UC team earlier this year. The publication highlights the rich tourism potential and enduring cultural ties between the two nations, serving as a celebration of cross-border collaboration and mutual discovery.
A significant highlight of the engagement was Mr. Kottikollon’s warm invitation to H.E. Sheikh Nahayan to attend the India-UAE: Partners in Progress Conclave, scheduled for May 15, 2025, at the Taj Exotica, The Palm, Dubai. The landmark event, hosted by the India Today Group in collaboration with UIBC-UC, will bring together senior policymakers, business leaders, and innovators to explore new pathways of cooperation across key sectors including trade diversification, tourism, energy transition, technology, startups, and the evolving Indo-UAE economic corridor.
UIBC-UC is deeply honoured to announce that H.E. Sheikh Nahayan has graciously accepted the invitation and will deliver the Special Keynote Address at the Conclave. His participation will serve as a powerful affirmation of the shared strategic vision between India and the UAE to deepen bilateral ties, drive innovation, and foster a more connected and prosperous future.
